All documents provided to Stonehold Energy Corporation must be copies. These copies will not be returned. All documents provided to facilitate a change of ownership must be filed in the county where the minerals are located and stamped with this filing information. Unrecorded documents will not be accepted.

    If you have an address change please download the Change of Address form below. Fill it out completely, sign and have it notarized. The form can be submitted by mail or email.

    In order to change the name on your account, you will need to provide a copy of a marriage certificate, divorce decree reinstating maiden name or document affecting name change along with a revised W-9 form. A W-9 form can be downloaded below.

  • Stonehold Affidavit Of Heirship

    An Affidavit of Heirship is recorded in the county or parish where the interest is located. The Affidavit of Heirship must be completed by a disinterested party and signed and sworn in the presence of a notary public. A “disinterested party” is someone who is not an heir of the decedent, though the disinterested party may be from the same family.
