New Ownership Announcement Letter

Effective July 15, 2022, Stonehold Energy Corporation, located at
2601 Westheimer Road, Suite C-240 in Houston, Texas has sold their oil and gas assets to CRP XII, LLC, located at 6301 Waterford Blvd., Suite 215 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

July 2022 revenue checks will be the last checks distributed by Stonehold Energy Corporation. CRP XII, LLC will begin distributing revenue payments in August 2022.
All future invoices will be issued from CRP XII, LLC as well.
